Our check-in and check-out processes are geared to be as seamless as possible and our helpful team members are happy to assist you.

Check-in Time: 4:00 pm

Check-out Time (Crane Members): 10:00 am

Check-out Time (Guests): 12:00 pm

Parties

No parties are allowed at The Crane Resort. For private events in a designated venue, contact events@thecrane.com.

Smoking Policy

All rooms and balconies are smoke-free. Guests who smoke should do so outside where second-hand smoke will not affect other persons.

Lounge Chairs

In consideration of all guests, the “saving” of lounge chairs at the pools or beach is prohibited. Items left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be removed and stored in the Towel Hut until the end of the day.
